Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a small finance team
- Responsible for all aspects of accounting function and internal controls/procedures
- Review month-end closing with analysis
- Support monthly close reporting and forecasting, and annual budgeting process
- Responding to financial inquiries from regional finance/management
- Review GST and annual tax filings to IRAS
- Assist with year-end financial audits and the preparation of year-end accounts and statutory finance statements.
- Ensure corporate governance & controls including compliance with local and US GAAP and SOX
- Ad hoc finance process & report improvement projects
Requirements
Requirements:
Degree in Accountancy or ACCA, or equivalent- At least 5 years of working experience in similar role
- Prior external audit experience preferred
- Meticulous, highly analytical and strong in Excel
- Good communication skills and a team player
