: " JOB RESPONSIBILITIES This role is part of the in Finance team and requires the preparation of the tasks described below: Closing based on K-IFRS 1. Separated/Consolidated Financial Statement and Notes (Quarterly/Annually) Provide Audit/Review report working with accounting team Provide Cash Flow based on K-IFRS Review and revise the PKG of subsidiaries of the Group Provide notes for the audit/review Reconciliation between English F/5 and Korean F/5 2. Preparation of financial information in annual/quarter reports for KRX disclosure Periodic disclosure 1. Timely disclosure for the annual business report and semi-annual/quarterly reports o Preparation of information other than financial matters through co-work with the related department o Manage the schedule for the timely disclosure of regular report Analysis 1. Preparation of annual business plan and mid- to long-term business plan at the Group level 2. Drive market analysis as the Group's Pipeline 3. Drive market analysis of Vaccine center 4. Performance analysis compared with quarter/annual General 1. Support related to Board of Directors and Audit Committee 2.
