Responsibilities: Responsible for the full set of accounts, covering SG entities and foreign subsidiaries Perform month-end closing Manage AP functions on a timely basis Prepare general ledger journal entries Review bank reconciliation Prepare and update monthly balance sheet and income statement schedules Oversee cash management, cash flow forecasting, and oversee day-to-day treasury matters and working capital Review suppliers' statement of accounts reconciliation Prepare quarterly GST submission, review VAT/WHT submission Handle some corporate secretarial matters Liaise with auditors and tax agents Assist with annual financial audit and statutory tax filing Liaise with bankers on transactional matters Liaise with external service providers Assist with ad-hoc tasks e.g process improvement Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or Finance-related courses 5-6 years of experience in Finance Hands-on, self-starter, and adaptable Knowledge of martial arts/esports or general sports industry is an advantage Proficient in MS Office (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint & Word) Good communication skills Knowledge of NetSuite (Oracle) is a good advantage Good technical, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Able to work under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment Good team player with effective collaborative and communication skills
