Ensure prompt month end closing and timely submission of financial reports to Head Office . Ensure compliance with statutory laws, audit and GST reporting in accordance to good governance of the organisation . Responsible for implementation of internal control processes . Responsible for both internal and external audits and certifications. (required by MOE, NCSS, SG Enable) . Develop and maintain effective working relationships with staffs, auditors, bankers and statutory organisations . Prepare the 12- month cash flow projection to ensure sufficiency of funds for operations for submission to Principal and Board. . Ensure accurate and prompt billing of school fees . Ensure proper record of donations received and work with the Group finance for the issuance of tax donation receipts. . Record the invoices and upload the payment file to the bank portal. . Prepare and present the financial statements at the School Management Council Meetings held quarterly. Candidate Requirements Technical Competencies: Conversant in MS Office Applications Experience in ACCPAC will be an advantage Core Competencies: . Recognized degree or professional qualification in Accountancy or equivalent. . Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in financial and management accounting background Preferred achievements / characteristics: Only short-listed candidates will be contacted for an interview.
