Responsible for supporting the sales compensation needs of the Consumer and Enterprise Business Groups.
Lead the team to drive/support system implementation for changes to commission plans, e.g. annual commission scheme and adhoc changes
Lead and manage a team of finance executives and offshore partner in execution of sales commission plans
Work with various teams to provide assistance on sales incentive compensation administration and execution
Provide financial analysis of key business drivers, financial reporting and support to sales team for business decisions
Manage and execute ad hoc projects
Qualifications
Min Degree in Accounting/Business Admin
At least 5 years of finance/accounting, sales compensation or operations experience
Comfortable interacting with various teams and levels, including Senior Leadership Team, Sales, Finance and IS teams
Proven strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and ability to synthesize information and data from a variety of sources
Agile and well-organised with excellent time management skills
Ability to apply sound judgement to solve problems and make defensible recommendations
High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Proficiency in RPA tools, e.g. UiPath
Able to commence work immediately or on short notice
