Key Responsibilities:

• Review monthly and quarterly financial and management reports required by stakeholders for Joint-venture & it\'s subsidiaries. Perform analysis and commentaries on all material variances on a timely basis.
• Review works performed by Shared Service Provider (journal entries, audit schedules, intercompany transactions). To ensure smooth operations, the accuracy of Profit and Loss statements, and correct charging to related companies.
• Involve in monthly reforecast process, including uploading of reforecast into system.
• Evaluate profit and cost efficiencies in various channels.
• Track expenses and revenues vs. budget and reforecast and analyze fluctuations.
• Involve in the preparation of yearly budget.
• ROI Analysis for CAPEX and advertising & promotional spends.
• Pricing list maintenance and GM analysis.
• Review COGS calculation and analysis.
• Involve in year-end audits and annual tax filing.
• Ensure compliance with group SOX requirements.
• Work with other departments to ensure compliance with financial requirements.
• Participate in special projects and initiatives as and when assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance or ACCA or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years\' experience in a similar position and/or in Big Four (Experience in audit in Big Four is a plus)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in a multinational environment.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, willing to accept changes and challenges.
• Ability to lead and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Positive attitude and high integrity.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize and deliver tangible outcomes.
• Ability to manage a team and develop strong working relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Hands-on with excellent Excel skills.
• Working knowledge of financial systems (eg. SAP, ERP, Microsoft Office) is a plus.
• Able to travel overseas occasionally for business needs (15%).
