Job Description


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Report to Finance Director & Senior Manager
  • Performs full set of accounts
  • Performs bank reconciliation
  • Preparation of progress claims and submission to client
  • Prepare month end closing
  • Prepare cashflow projection & budgeting for each project
  • Prepare monthly management report, yearly budget and profitability analysis
  • In-charge of audit process
  • Preparation of CPF, GST and tax submission
  • Monitoring stand in arrangement and provide costing advice
  • Prepare and process invoices
  • Prepare cashflow projection analysis
  • Manage bank loan, facility and hire purchase
  • Support in monthly payroll
  • Coordinate & liaise with Head Office
Requirements:
  • Diploma or professional qualifications in accountancy
  • Min 4 years of accounting experience, advantageous if possess experience in construction industry
  • Able to multi task and work with cross departments
  • Able to work and deliver under pressure and tight deadline
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Possess good and positive working attitude
  • Good presentation skills would be advantageous
