Job Summary:

\xc2\xb7 Salary: $3500 - $4500

\xc2\xb7 Monday - Friday (9am-6pm)

\xc2\xb7 Alternate Saturday (9am - 1pm)

\xc2\xb7 Location: Ubi

Job Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Handle for Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables functions

\xc2\xb7 Perform day-to-day operational and administrative tasks related to billing and projects management.

\xc2\xb7 Prepare month end closing and do bank reconciliation.

\xc2\xb7 To update accounting data transactions, filling and maintain a filing system.

\xc2\xb7 To validate Vendor invoices and posting invoices, process payments, claims and petty cash

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for month-end P&L

\xc2\xb7 Assist on government support scheme

\xc2\xb7 Assist with audit review and ensure that adequate supporting documentation is available for review.
