Job Description

Must be willing to work in Tuas and has SAP implementation and/or migration experience .

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible in assisting our comapny and its Subsidiaries (the \xe2\x80\x9cGroup\xe2\x80\x9d) in supporting daily operation and managing change requests of ERP System (SAP HANA).

• Responsible to generate regular (monthly, quarterly, and yearly) reports as well as budget planning/monitoring and some forecasting reports.

SAP(FICO) user support

• To provide assistance to SAP(FICO) users and business process owners to solve the issues raised by them and, if necessary, to engage internal SAP specialist or external party to settle the issues.

• To support our company and/or other sub to do adhoc job/projects if needed.(e.g. Resume Indoensia\'s sub SAP work).

• To support Indonesia\'s sub to resume SAP migration.

• To manage and liaise with HQ\'s consolidation platform requirement.

Reporting works for company and subsidiaries

• To prepare regular accounting reports (excel files) and its supporting files (monthly, quarterly, and yearly)

Incl; BS, PL, Trial Balance, General Ledger, Sub-Ledger, AR balance, AP balance, Fixed Asset report, Intra Group transactions, Inventory report, Fixed Cost report, Sales/Gross profit by division etc.

• To create and maintain reporting to monthly Top Management Meeting. (Actual vs Budget, Section Expenses)

• To create monthly sales/profit report of generator sets by PIN#, by customer and by models

• To create and maintain budget monitoring excel file

• To generate quarterly financial monitoring for reporting to HQ. Including, forecast of BS, PL, Analysis of inventory, Analysis of ARs, Sales/profit report (Form-S), Internal Transaction, Foreign currency effect, for companyand its subsidiaries.

• To manage Lease accounting (FRS116)

• To create CCC reporting (AR, Inventory, AP divided by sales)

• To liaise with external auditor to create yearly audited financial statement.

Others

• Ad-hoc tax issues

• Perform ad hoc tasks as requested by Management.
  

Requirements:

• SAP FICO implementation/migration experience is a must.

• Advance Excel skill is required.

\xe2\x80\xa2 Degree in Accountancy or ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.

• At least 3 years of experience in general accounting & financial reporting.

• Project management experience.

• Accounting knowledge.

• Taxation knowledge.

• Updated with IFRS/IAS preferred.

• SAP FICO integration with other modules preferred.
