Industry: Freight Forwarding / Logistics
MNC Environment
Permanent role (AWS Guaranteed + VB + Quarterly Bonus)
Responsibilities:
- Participate in month-end closing and ensure the companys books are properly kept in accordance with companys policies and accounting standards
- Proactively work with cross functional teams to obtain required data for accounting booking to ensure accurate accruals and provision
- Participate in Intra-company consolidation and other group reports
- Support external and Internal audit to prepare audit schedules and answer audit enquiries
- Participate in annual forecasting and budgeting process
- Assist in implement internal controls, policies and procedures
- Bachelor of Accounting or Finance
- Min 3 years relevant experience in accounting, audit experience is a plus
- Team player with ability to collaborate well with all levels and across organization boundaries
- Initiative, analytical mind and problem-solving skills
- Proactive with strong sense of responsibility
- Self-motivated individual, meticulous, able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
