Whatever their preference, we believe insurance should be simple, reliable and convenient.If you are looking for a career where you can create a real impact and celebrate living, we invite you to join us on our exciting journey.PURPOSEThis role will report into the Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager and support the financial planning and analysis function for both life and non-life insurance business.KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES

• Support the preparation of regular and ad-hoc management information decks covering financial and non-financial targets, actual performance and forecast.
• Support the end-to-end process of High-Level Business Plan and Detailed Financial Plan.
• Support the business in identifying gaps, opportunities and driving company performance.
• Seek inputs from various stakeholders as part of the abovementioned activities.
• Provide analysis of past data and market performance to support the recommendations of appropriate actions to drive business performance.
• Support the evaluation of regular distribution initiatives and strategic business cases whenever required.
• Support the Senior FP&A Manager on key ad-hoc projects where required.

• Degree in actuarial science, accountancy or ACCA or its equivalent
• At least 4 years of relevant experience, preferable within insurance industry
• Strong focus on timely and accuracy of reporting

• Strong business acumen
• Strong interpersonal skills with stakeholders at various levels
• Strong analytical skills and able to work with complex data from different functions within the organisation
• Meticulous, good communication skill and eye for details
• Able to work independently
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good team player
• Have an open-mind for new challenges
• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
