Assistant Front of House Manager Salary: $3500 - $4500 Working hours: 5 days Working Location: Battery Road (Nearest MRT: Raffles Place) Job Scope: * Directly interact with guests to ensure a Assistant Front of House Manager Salary: $3500 - $4500 Working hours: 5 days Working Location: Battery Road (Nearest MRT: Raffles Place) Job Scope: Directly interact with guests to ensure a top-quality experience for each and every guest Receive and act on feedback from all guests Assist manager to manage front of house during daily operations, including engaging in training, ensuring compliance with SOP, boosting staff morale, resolving conflicts etc Possess strong menu (food and drinks) and presentation standards Assist guests on their respective requests, and conduct suggestive and up-selling Directly interact with guests to ensure a top-quality experience for each and every guest Ensure food and drinks are delivered to guests in a timely and efficient manner Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of restaurant Job Requirements: At least 2 ' 5 years of restaurant supervisory or management experience Customer service-oriented mindset Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
