Location:

Toa Payoh & Geylang Bahru

Working Days/Hours:

8am - 5pm, 5/6 work days on alternate rotation (including weekends)

Salary Range:

Basic $2,600 - $3,500 (depending on experience) + Commissions + VB

Responsibilities

Meet and liaise with families to understand their requirements Advise families on funeral service options and related matters Coordinate logistics, manpower, and setup for funeral services Work closely with Ops Crew to ensure seamless service delivery Perform night standby duties on a rotation basis, staying on-site when required (accommodation and facilities provided) Ensure all legal, cultural, and company guidelines are adhered to Maintain professionalism and composure in sensitive situations

Requirements

Candidates without sales experience may start as Operations Crew before progressing to Funeral Director role Possess a Class 3/3A driving license (advantage but not mandatory) Compassionate, respectful, and able to handle sensitive situations Prior sales (banking/insurance/B2C) or customer-facing experience (advantage)
