Summary

Office Location: Geylang Bahru, Singapore Working Hours: Mon - Fri/Sat 8.00am - 5.00pm Monthly Salary: basic up to $3500 + Commissions + Variable Bonus (VB)

Responsibility

Handle call centre hotlines efficiently and ensure timely follow-up actions. Coordinate funeral arrangements with accuracy and sensitivity. Engage with clients through in-office meetings, on-site visits, and virtual platforms. Assist in the transfer of the deceased to designated funeral homes. Collaborate closely with Operations and Finance teams to support service delivery. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support departmental needs

Requirement

Have sales experience in the same or bank/insurance industry

is an added advantage Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is and added advantage Willingness to work overtime and perform night standby duties when required. Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
