Lead and oversee full-spectrum supply chain operations, including warehousing, procurement, inventory, tooling, and logistics Manage a team of 40 across multiple functions (including manager), ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, KPI performance, and team development Drive process optimization and cost efficiency initiatives, including surplus stock clearance, vendor performance management, and space utilization improvements Coordinate cross-functional activities involving purchasing, intercompany sales, contract management, and tools/equipment readiness Act as key escalation point for operational challenges and supplier-related issues across the region Lead implementation of digital systems and other warehouse management tools Oversee compliance in areas such as export controls, aviation regulations, and internal audits Support commercial initiatives including direct material sales, pricing discussions, and stakeholder alignment Identify and secure new business opportunities with key stakeholders
Job Requirement


Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field Minimum 7-10 years experience in warehouse management or logistics operations Strong leadership and team management skills Solid knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control Experience with 3PL and vendor management Good understanding of health, safety, and regulatory compliance Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills*
