Preparation of monthly Group and sub-group consolidations, and financial reporting in accordance with internal/external requirements Assist in preparation of half-yearly and yearly SGX result announcements Assist in preparation of consolidated annual financial statements and annual report Ensure timeliness and accuracy of reports, in compliance with IFRS/SFRS, statutory, tax and audit requirements as well as SGX listing rules requirements Preparation of consolidated annual Group forecast and budget Liaise with business units and external/internal auditors on audit and accounting issues Assist in preparation of monthly review of the group's performance with effective analysis for management reporting Assist in preparation of reports such as cashflow projection, forecast and budget for management reporting Support in any administrative and ad-hoc tasks Job Requirement Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification At least 8 years of relevant accounting and/or audit experience, with experience in group financial reporting, prior experience in Big 4 audit firms or SGX-listed companies (minimum mid-cap d) or real estate will have added advantage Hands on consolidation experience is preferred Well versed in IFRS/SFRS and consolidation Good analytical and problem-solving skills Committed, proactive and hands-on team player and with an eye for details Strong organisational skills with ability to work independently Able to multitask to meet tight deadlines Possess strong MS Office skills, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint Experience with Cognos controller software is preferred All Successful candidates can expect a very competitive remuneration package and a comprehensive range of benefits.
