About The Role . Assist the Head in the operation of the programme . Execute the operations of the department so as to fulfil the mission and objectives of the Team . Carry a caseload of clients under Casework and Counselling . Track, monitor, rev About The Role . Assist the Head in the operation of the programme . Execute the operations of the department so as to fulfil the mission and objectives of the Team . Carry a caseload of clients under Casework and Counselling . Track, monitor, review, and respond to casework and community trends . Provide clinical supervision and consultation to staff . Deputise as Acting Head during Head's absence . Set direction and oversee clinical quality, standards and care processes, including case management, for the team to ensure that quality outcome and client satisfaction goals are met . Assign cases to members of the team . Develop and conduct periodic reviews, and updates of policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of services . Monitor and improve the standards of the programmes . Contribute to the development and improvement of the service through participating in the development of clinical services through programmes evaluation and audit . Provide training and talks to external agencies on mental health issues . Participate in Company, department meetings and project specific meetings . Liaison work with external agencies . Attend to urgent cases and matters during off hours when called upon . Provide consultation and support for staff under his or her charge with regard to any work or case related crisis Candidate Requirements Technical Competencies: . At least Bachelor in Social Work or related discipline, from a reputable university . At least 8 years of relevant work experience and successful track record in social service organisation, developing and managing social service programmes and projects Core Competencies: . Demonstrate sound and updated professional knowledge and skills in social work . Effective leadership skills in terms of being able to effectively engage, train and motivate staff to accomplish work targets in a timely manner Preferred achievements / characteristics: . Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills . Strong organisational and project management skills . Committed and responsible .
