Adecco is partnering with innovative technology and and they are looking for Assistant Head (Agile Application Development, Architecture & Cloud to join the Team! A great opportunity to work with the company who value diversity, lifelong learning and individual development.

Responsibilities:

Provide subject matter expertise and technical direction in software and cloud architecture, solution strategy, coding, testing, and integration. Responsible for end-to-end architecture including the detail designs and integration of on premise/cloud systems and applications. * Develop solutions architecture and evaluate architectural alternatives for private, public and hybrid cloud models for large scale hybrid multi cloud environments using cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure and GCP.

• Responsible for translating business requirements into technical specifications and architectures that are robust, maintainable, and scalable.
• Work hands-on with the development team and provide regular support/guidance on complex coding matters and issue resolution.
• Ensure industry best practices and standards, frameworks, design patterns and reusable components are adopted and aligned across the development team.
• Identify and keep abreast of latest cloud, software development and technology trends on new initiatives and emerging technologies. Lead the exploration and POC of new technologies.

Requirements:

Bachelor of Computer Science / Computer Engineering or equivalent experience is required. Minimum 10 years of experience architecting, designing, and developing complex large scale enterprise projects, of which minimum 3 years in the role of an IT architect. * Strong hands-on experience in architecting and leveraging cloud technologies using AWS or Azure.

• Certification as Cloud Solution Architect by AWS or Azure will be preferred.
• Strong programming skills in C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, LINQ, jQuery and Bootstrap.
• Strong understanding of cloud and application architecture design patterns, and security principles.
• Experience in Scrum, DevOps practices and tooling e.g. Unit Testing, CI/CD, etc.
• Experience in Docker, Kubernetes and Microservices is an advantage.
• Strong business process and analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, organizational, problem solving, collaboration and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead software development projects and ensure objectives, goals, and commitments are met.
