Plan and manage manpower, materials, schedules, and resources to meet project targets and KPIs.
Review technical specifications, prepare job lists, work schedules, and material take-offs.
Coordinate with Production, Commercial, Purchasing, and subcontractors to ensure timely execution.
Identify and escalate technical, manpower, or schedule risks early.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Control costs, budgets, material usage, and documentation.
Key Requirements
8-10 years of relevant experience in the marine or shipyard environment.
Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
