Job Description

? Provide monthly management reports to A*STAR research and supporting entities, using A*STAR Management Reporting System (A*MRS) as much as possible. A*MRS is run on Tableau software.

? Provide any ad-hoc financial management reports and financial analysis

? Maintain A*MRS and ensure data integrity

? Analyze data discrepancies to identify root cause and suggest process improvements to eliminate errors

? Conduct training for A*MRS users

? Manage queries and feedback from A*MRS users

? Track usage of A*MRS

? Work with vendor to rectify any production issues, refine and improve existing dashboards, implement new dashboards. This includes gathering data requirements and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

? Embark on data analytics and/or automation projects to create value for internal stakeholders.

Job Requirements

? Background in Accountancy / ACCA

? At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience

? Experience/knowledge in SQL will be advantageous

? Experience with SAP, Tableau or other BI reporting tools

? Strong analytical and data visualisation skills

? Strong project management, communication, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills

? Good command of MS Office applications
