Provide strategic and day-to-day support to the Human Resources Manager to drive the delivery of the people agenda within the relevant business area, taking into account of local operating environment and business objectives.
Facilitate talent management processes for Executive level and below to support all business functions to deliver the within approved budget.
Manage the HR and General Office Administration related processes to ensure compliances requirements and documentations.
Provide on-boarding and in-house Trade First complicance related in-house trainings for all corporate employees.
Oversee the Office administration budget (incorporates all costs associated with running the offices)
Provide travel arrangement for all approved business trips.
Liaise with Landloard or contractors to rectify building issues as identified.
Job Requirement:
Degree in Human REsources Management.
Minimum 5years of experence in full spectrum fuctions of HR. (within travel retail will be added an advantage.)
Industry knowledge (Travel Retail, Retail, FMCG)- Good knowledge in local Employment Act, Legalities and compliances.
General Office Administration with in international organizations will be added an advantage.
