Assistant HR ManagerSalary up to $6500Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pmWorking Location: WestOur Client - provides business loan and financial solutions in supporting automotive financing, floor stocking, property and equipment financing, factoring, term loans, and other forms of commercial lending.Responsibilities:Talent Management:Drive the implementation of talent management program which includes the identification, review and assessment of Talents in the GroupProvide advisory to stakeholders in order to analyses talent needs and make recommendation & implementation of learning interventionsConceptualize leadership and talent development programs to accelerate the development of the talentsTrack and present the implementation plan of the talent to the Board.Keep abreast of innovative and best practices pertaining to talent management, learning and development including systems and technology.Training Management:Develop and implement Group Training Framework and planLead the annual Learning Needs Analysis exercise 8.
