West, Jurong * Salary
$4,500 to $6,500 * Work Week
Monday to Friday (8.00 am to 5.30 pm) * Min. Qualification
Dip * Experience
4 to 6 years * / Requirement
Responsibilities
- Perform full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, grievance handling, staff engagement and advisory service on HR policies and procedures.
- Develop, implement, review and update HR policies & Procedure.
- Performance management and appraisal.
- Design compensation and benefits packages.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, industry practices and its application with current processes in HR daily operations.
- Support on HR departmental projects.
- Min Diploma / Degree in HRM or its equivalent
- Min 4 to 6 years working experience preferably in Construction and Manufacturing Industry
- Strong track record in HR management, compliance and employee relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to employ approach to problem solving and project management
- Well versed in Singapore Employment Act
- IHRP certified will have added advantage.
- Familiar with Whyze HR software is an added advantage.
