Reponsibilities
- Manage the full spectrum of payroll services and ensure payroll is processed timely and accurately both in house and outsource vendor \xe2\x80\x93 total headcount 200++
- Responsible for pay-related mandatory submissions
- Manage E- leave system
- Attend to the auditor on both internal and external audit & act as internal auditor
- Set-up, implement, maintain, and enhance policies and procedures for payroll process in compliance with the local government legislation & update HR policies
- Support managers in the development talk/performance appraisal process
- Assist HR Head in labour management relations
- Administer benefits administration such as insurance policies for employees
- Prepare monthly headcount reports & ad-hoc surveys
- Provide office administration support, HR services & HR projects
- Preparation of all related reports and government submissions and others HR initiatives or projects
- Diploma / Degree Holder in Admin / HR / Finance
- Min 5-6 years of relevant working experience
- Experience Times Software system & E-Citrix time clocking attendance system experience is a plus
- Advanced skill in MS Excel
- Must be good in data analysis
