Manage and review all HR and Admin policies and procedures.
Responsible for the HR functional areas encompassing recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, induction and training, performance management, compensation review, employee engagement and payroll process.
Manage and oversee the office administration functions, including procurement of office supplies and equipment, management of contracts, lease or tenancy agreements, organization and office space management, administration of employee\'s insurance, liaison with vendors and contractors.
Assist to develop and implement HR strategies, initiatives and policy advisory aligned with overall business needs to deliver effective HR management.
Work closely with various department managers to assess staffing requirements and provide assistance in the development of strategic staffing plans.
Maintain employee personnel files and leave system records.
Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing
Manage all aspects of employee relations including performance management, career development and employee engagement.
Manage employee disciplinary issues, counselling and termination in accordance with the Company\'s policy.
Manage all work-pass applications while maintaining compliance with MOM laws and regulations.
Responsible for the execution and management of annual performance appraisal exercise and preparation for yearly salary review, promotions and variable bonus for reporting.
Oversee security facilities services and maintenance activities.
Organize and supervise other office activities (renovations, event planning etc).
Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned subject to business needs.
Job Requirement
Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in HR and Administration, with 2 years in managerial position in retail industry
Well versed with Singapore\'s Employment Act, labour laws and statutory rules and regulations
Good knowledge in payroll
