Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning



Develop and execute recruitment and manpower planning strategies in line with business needs Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding and offboarding

Compensation & Benefits



Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing, including CPF contributions and statutory submissions Support annual salary reviews and benefits administration

Employee Relations & Engagement



Advise managers on employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary actions Support and implement employee engagement activities to promote a positive workplace culture

Performance Management



Coordinate performance review cycles, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback processes Assist in career development and succession planning initiatives

HR Policy & Compliance



Review, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with local labor laws and company direction Ensure HR practices remain compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements

Team Support & Development



Guide and support junior HR team members in their responsibilities Encourage teamwork and continuous improvement within the HR department

General HR Administration



Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure effective delivery of HR services Handle special projects and ad hoc duties assigned by management

Job Requirements



Degree/Diploma or other relevant qualification At least 5 years of human resource experience in an equivalent role Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills Good business and people acumen with the ability to frame HR initiatives and create strategic partnerships Sound knowledge of Singapore Labour Laws, Employment Act and MOM procedures * Knowledge of Mandarin is essential to handle queries and feedback to the Chinese investors.
