What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the full spectrum of HR operations, including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
• Develop and execute innovative hiring strategies to attract the best engineering talent.
• Advise, coach, and support managers and employees on HR policies, performance management, and career growth.
• Resolve employee relations matters-grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues-with a fair and strategic approach.
• Conduct market benchmarking and ensure competitive remuneration structures.
• Oversee the annual appraisal cycle, salary reviews, and bonus payouts.
• Drive HR projects and transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on digitalization and process automation to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage union negotiations and corporate insurance renewals.
• Prepare HR reports & analytics to guide data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure full compliance with labor laws and internal policies, supporting external audits as needed.
• Lead Total Rewards initiatives, ensuring competitive salary structures, incentive programs, and benefits optimization.
• Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accuracy in processing, compliance, and reporting.
• Analyze HR data & trends, providing strategic insights through HR analytics and reporting.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership, contributing to strategic HR planning.

What We're Looking For

• Degree/Diploma in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in Total Rewards, HR Analytics, HR Reporting, and Payroll Management.
• Experience in HR digitalization projects and process automation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and best practices.
• A strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience in project management and driving HR initiatives.
• Proactive, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
