Responsible of full spectrum of the HR function which includes talent acquisition, payroll, learning and development, compensation and benefits, employee relation.
Prepare month end salary including claim via GIRO transaction
Submission monthly CPF
Attend to all Government Survey and enquiry
Prepare monthly salary report to Account department
Liaise with recruitment agency on employment
Publish job advertisement, shortlist, and arrange of interview
Renewal of Insurance (WIC, WorkMedic, Policy Liability, H&S) etc
Apply and renewal of relevant license (BizSafe, SCDF, JTC, MOM, etc)
Prepare and revise of Risk Assessment, Safe Work Procedure, etc
Liaise with all Government enquiry
Handling of all Government Grant issue including apply and claim
Prepare and arrange of Festival gathering lunch
Assist all other duties assign by superior or Director
Requirements:
Minimum bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree & above with 2-3 years of relevant working experience
Must be able to communicate with different nationality workers
Positive attitude & willing to learn
Strong in good team player and performs well under pressure in fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and manpower regulations
