Provide administrative support for collation & distribution of HR documents such as employees\xe2\x80\x99 contract renewals, work pass renewals, recruitment & termination of employment
Take on the role of leave coordinator and ensure all leave application is accurate, with proper documents and up to date
Attend to staff requests on HR matters and direct them to the rightful personnel
Conduct interview via phone or virtual
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in any fields
Experience in recruitment
Able to work under minimal supervision
