Provide support to the Human Resources Department handling day-to-day HR functions
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection such as job advertisements, screening of resumes, arranging of interviews and work pass processing to fulfil manpower requirements
Responsible for the onboarding and preparation of contracts and relevant documents for new employees and offboarding for employees leaving the Company
Liaise and communicate with government on HR matters and apply for HR-related government grants or funding programs \xef\xbb\xbfand Covid-19 related matters
Assist in employees training arrangement and administrations
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in HR
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
Experience in General HR
Able to work under minimal supervision
