If you are seeking opportunities for growth, we welcome you to write to us!*Based on full-time and part-time study modes across programmes offered at Kaplan.^Total Diploma and Degree graduates from Kaplan from 2007 to 2023.THE ROLE: Assistant, Human Resource (6 Months Contract, Renewable)Kaplan Singapore is seeking a proactive and detailed-oriented HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will assist in processing the full set of monthly payroll, ensuring all transactions are accurate and efficient. You will maintain the HRIS, submit various claims and tax reports, and provide administrative support to the HR department. You will manage sensitive data with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.   • Payroll Management:
  • Assist in processing the full set of monthly payroll transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • HRIS Maintenance:
  • Maintain and ensure the accuracy of all data entered in the HR Information System (HRIS), such as Prosoft or Workday.
  • Ensure timely update of employee records.
  • Claims and Reporting:
  • Submit CPF contributions, NS make-up claims, government-paid leave reimbursement claims, and IRAS tax reporting.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of all required claims and reports.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including handling employee inquiries and assisting with HR projects.
  • Manage and organize HR documentation and paperwork.
  • Ad-hoc Duties:
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the HR department to support team objectives and initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of basic HR legislations and practices is essential
  • At least 1 year of payroll experience will be highly preferred
  • Prior experience in maintaining HRIS systems such as ProSoft or WorkDay will be advantageous
  • Proven ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with sensitive data and employee issues.
  • Strong organizational and detailed-oriented skills when processing large volume of data and administrative work
  • Ability to multi-task and work on various projects simultaneously while maintaining superior attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is required
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess at least a Diploma in Business, Human Resource Management, or any other relevant courses.

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
  • Work Arrangements: Hybrid (Blend of in-office and remote work)
  • Location: Singapore (Central Area Dhoby Ghaut MRT/Little India MRT/Rochor MRT)
