Responsibilities: - Manage employee's life cycle from recruitment to resignation. - Assist in recruitment process, including job posting, interview arrangement etc. - Organize and assist recruitment drives, campaigns, events and talent acquisition. - Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letter and other HR related letters. - Handle all work pass related matters including application, renewal, issuance, and cancellation. - Update and maintain employees' p-file, ensure proper documentation. - Administer group insurance on members movement and other insurance renewal. - Update and maintain all training records, including course registration, obtaining course training evaluation, drafting of training bond, training grant submission etc. - Manage intern application and on boarding for them. - Administer Leave and claims application, government-related claims and grants submission. - Process local payroll, CPF submission, annual filling of IR8A, tax clearance and provide salary related report to finance. - Liaise with overseas payroll vendors for payroll processing. - Assist in internal and external audits. - Sourcing and comparing quotes. - Assist in process improvement, forms creation, surveys etc. - Other related duties as assigned. o Monitor office supply levels, negotiate with vendor for best price reorder when appropriate o Maintain efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records (if any) o Issue hardware to new employees, ensures that hardware is available and accounts set up for new employees o Assist to maintain ISO 9001, 27001 & BizSAFE L3 related ad hoc matters (if any) Requirements: - Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent - At least 3 years and above relevant experience is preferred - A multi-tasker who can work independently and meeting tight deadlines - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Experience in talent acquisition in IT industry preferred but not mandatory
