Responsibilities

• Review and verify tenant shop design proposals for compliance.
• Collaborate with the headquarters Designers to provide feedback on tenant and merchandising department design proposals.
• Prepare detailed design plans and drawings for store renovations and improvements.
• Using AutoCAD, Photoshop, and design software to create drawings.
• Coordinate with in-house and tenant contractors on renovation design matters.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with approved designs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and maintenance requirements in interior design projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp or Photoshop
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an asset but not required.
