Job Description

• Up to $4500 + AWS & VB
• MNC
• Orchard (Near MRT)

Responsibilities :

• Review and verify tenants' new shop design proposals.
• Collaborate with HQ designers on tenant design proposals and provide feedback.
• Coordinate with HQ designers on store improvements and renovations.
• Create detailed design plans and drawings for renovations.
• Use AutoCAD, Photoshop, Design Software for drawings & Microsoft Office.
• Work with contractors on renovation design matters.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with approved designs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements :

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Knowledge of electrical systems in interior design projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Photoshop.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
