Job Description
Responsibilities:\xef\xbb\xbf
- Assist Program Manager on all inventory issues related to the effective operations of the program
- Establish key performance indicators (KPI) and targets for inventory management
- Process mapping with customers for new or changed business requirements
- Provide correct direction to meet customer expectation
- Manage cycle count task and ensure task completed in a timely manner
- Oversee and handling inventory accuracy for raw materials warehouse are within KPIs
- Oversee and manage inventory adjustments to allowable shrinkage
- Manage a team of 8 staffs
- Develop program to improve inventory accuracy for operations
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in logistics or supply chain management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing inventory control
- Experience in leading a team previously
- Able to work under minimal supervision
