PURPOSE Provide support to the managers in ensuring the delivery of investment and ILP reporting functions of FWD Singapore. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES * Assist in investments accounting, in particul PURPOSE Provide support to the managers in ensuring the delivery of investment and ILP reporting functions of FWD Singapore. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Assist in investments accounting, in particular Investment Linked products ('ILP') funds, covering month-end closing, journal entries, reconciliations, and related data management Assist in ensuring timely reporting, including regulatory MAS and group reporting, relating to investments Assist in preparation of semi-annual & annual ILP fund report Liaise with auditors for semi-annual & annual ILP report Assist in ensuring timely and accurate trade placement and settlement as well as dividend processing Support in areas pertaining to execution of investment documents, platform contracts, outsourcing contracts, funds onboarding, etc Liaise with internal stakeholders to perform the tasks Assist and support distribution compensation tasks Support in implementation of finance processes where required Participate in projects and implementation of new funds/product launches to provide investment operations/reporting requirements and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), where required Ad-hoc duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree Minimum 4 years of investment reporting functions experience in insurance organisation Oracle system knowledge will be favourably considered KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITY Proven track record of trade execution and effective delivery of operations functions with minimal occurrence of incidents Familiar with ILP reporting & investment operations (including Understand the full cycle of trades processes) Familiar with ILP regulatory compliance High personal levels of motivation and delivery orientated focus Strong communication skills, thus ability to liaise with and work across departments in order to achieve best outcomes for the business and customer Resilience and with a can-do attitude Able to work in a fast-paced environment
