Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality administrative and coordination support to the business development and marketing teams.
• Enhance the client experience by ensuring consistent, professional service at every stage of engagement.
• Manage and refine client information, performance data, and conversion tracking.
• Contribute to international business growth initiatives and partnership activities.
• Prepare and update marketing and investor materials such as presentations, summaries, and due diligence documents.
• Oversee and improve processes related to the firm's digital investor platform and user interface.
• Organize and support client-focused events and engagement sessions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in private banking, wealth advisory or a comparable financial services role.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and partners.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on accuracy and follow-through.
• Highly driven, proactive, and collaborative within team settings.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and dynamic work environments.
• Comfortable working under pressure and adapting quickly to evolving priorities while maintaining empathy and professionalism.
• Enjoys close teamwork and an energetic, growth-oriented culture.
• Experience in a technology-driven financial or lending platform, particularly in sales or business development would be advantageous.
