Join our growing team as an
Assistant IT Manager
, where technology meets construction innovation. You'll play a key role in shaping digital transformation across our projects -- connecting field teams, optimizing workflows, and strengthening IT resilience.Responsibilities:
Oversee company-wide IT infrastructure and ensure seamless site connectivity. Lead deployment of cutting-edge construction systems (BIM, VDC, cloud collaboration tools). Support digital integration between on-site tools and corporate systems (ERP, HRMS, IFCA). Strengthen our cybersecurity posture and data protection practices. Manage IT vendors, budgets, and system performance. Champion new technologies that drive operational excellence and project efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT or related discipline. Preferable 5+ years of IT management or infrastructure experience. Strong technical background in networking, virtualization, and cybersecurity. A passion for leveraging technology to transform the construction industry.
