Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for an Assistant IT Manager:Job Responsibilities:
Lead the IT department in developing, implementing, and maintaining IT infrastructure and systems to ensure reliable and efficient operations.
Drive the delivery of high-quality IT services to support business needs and strategic goals.
Develop and execute IT strategies and initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, ensure data security, and drive innovation.
Identify and implement advanced IT solutions to improve business operations.
Oversee the entire lifecycle of IT projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
Ensure comprehensive project documentation, adherence to timelines, and alignment with budgets.
Lead internal projects focused on improving process efficiency, promoting digital transformation, and streamlining workflows.
Develop and enforce IT security strategies, policies, and procedures to safeguard organizational data and assets.
Ensure compliance with industry best practices and oversee the implementation of security measures.
Establish IT policies, including those related to IT asset management, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Develop disaster recovery plans to safeguard and restore critical data.
Stay informed about emerging IT trends and technologies.
Provide strategic recommendations to enhance the protection, storage, and effective use of organizational data.
Manage IT assets and inventories, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
Oversee service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure prompt responses to user requests, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
Ensure proper documentation of IT infrastructure, software licenses, and system configurations.
Maintain accurate records of software modifications and updates.
Conduct training sessions for end-users on IT systems, tools, and best practices to enhance technology adoption and efficiency.
Support other IT-related initiatives as required to align with organizational goals.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
Possess at least 5 years of experience in IT management or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years in project management.
ITIL Certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of data management, network security, and governance best practices.
Additional Information:
Salary: Up to SGD 6,500 + AWS +VB ( 2- 3 Months)
Working Location: Changi Airport
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
