Assistant Key Account Manager- Personal Care (Cosmetics)
Our client, a reputable distributor in the FMCG sector with a focus on personal care, cosmetics, and consumer goods, is currently seeking an Assistant Key Account Manager for its hospital & pharmaceutical channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key accounts in hospital and pharmaceutical channels, ensuring strong relationships and consistent sales performance.
- Execute sales strategies for personal care and cosmetic products, aligned with brand and channel objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and account reviews to support strategic planning.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the hospital and pharmaceutical channel
- Diploma in business/ communications
- Team-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
