As an Assistant Key Account Manager, you will be responsible to lead and execute strategic initiatives across Key Accounts and Field Sales operations, driving growth for the PURINA brand in both Modern Grocery and General Trade channels, while ensuring compliance with quality and occupational health standards.

Channel/ Customer Management
- Develop Key Account and General Trade strategy to achieve channel KPIs
- Joint working with Distributor to develop General Trade customer.
- Translate category strategy and develop into channel plans
- Drive Joint Business Planning and business review with key customers
- Manage price increases with customers
- Plan trade and customized consumer promotions/price-off/advertised offers
- Influence customers on planogram initiatives
- Manage optimum stock level at customers' warehouses
- Support new product launches with listing, in-store branding and activities
Strategic Planning
- Support Integrated Commercial Planning process
- Manage channel TTS
- Develop promotional plans
- Review and analyse sales growth/TTS and address gaps
- Evaluate promotions to ensure cost effectiveness
Operations
- Manage and motivate a team of Field Sales merchandisers
- Ensure compliance in all quality related NQMS processes
- Interface with NiM Key Accounts team for internal alignment
- Roll-out best in class displays & planogram best practices
- Execute POP best practices
What will make you successful
Degree Holder: 2+ year's business managerial experience within sales, marketing, trade marketing functions
Non Degree Holder: 8+ years business managerial experience within sales, marketing, trade marketing in FMCG
Account management experience is a must
Petcare category experience preferred
