Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior System Analyst specializing in SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) and Quality Management (QM) modules. Role & Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for SAP PM and QM modules in S/4HANA
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, pain points, and improvement opportunities across maintenance, inspection, and quality processes
• Review and quality control of vendor's deliverables such as configuration, enhancements, and testing in PM & QM modules
• Design and implement preventive maintenance programs, equipment hierarchies, notifications, work orders, calibration processes, and inspection plans
• Integrate PM & QM processes with other SAP modules such as MM, and FI/C
• Support master data governance related to equipment, functional locations, measuring points, inspection characteristics, and quality records
• Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP, PI/PO, Integration Suite) to deliver system enhancements and custom developments
• Prepare and maintain functional specifications, solution documentation, test scripts, and training materials
• Lead system testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) and coordinate cutover activities
• Provide Level 2/3 support, resolve incidents, and drive root cause analysis
• Monitor SAP S/4HANA innovations, Fiori apps, and best practices for PM & QM and propose adoption where beneficial
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to SAP COE knowledge base

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5 + years of experience in SAP implementation and support in PM and QM modules
• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA (1809 or later), including Fiori apps and business processes
• Strong knowledge of Plant Maintenance processes (preventive, corrective, breakdown maintenance, refurbishment, calibration)
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management processes (quality inspection, quality notifications, results recording, usage decisions, calibration).Experience in SAP PM-QM integration with MM, PP, EAM, and SD
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions and deliver high-quality documentation
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and project lifecycle management
• Familiarity with GMP practice
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in Singapore healthcare industry or public sector is a plus.
