Job Description

Responsibilities

• Modifies, enhances or adapts existing or proposed systems within an organisation with the purpose of improving business efficiency and productivity.
• Plans activities involving the examination and documentation of technical requirements for new solutions to be created and user needs analysis.
• Liaise with stakeholders to identify business needs
• Conduct in-depth analysis of the business requirements specifications and feasibility studies on possible solutions
• Support the development of business cases defining potential benefits, solutions to increase efficiencies of business processes and associated risks
• Support the review of existing business processes to identify opportunities
• Translate business requirements into technical specification
• Work with relevant stakeholders on user acceptance testing
• Support the development of change management plans
• Schedule activities to drive deliverables toward meeting the overall project plan
• Work with users, technical staff and management to determine and resolve issues associated with project implementation
• Review work at critical milestones with team leader or sponsor to maintain their commitment and support
• Provide timely and accurate project progress information

Requirements

• Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
• Functional Knowledge in SAP Material Management
• Domain knowledge in supply chain such as order management, transport management and inventory management is preferred\xe2\x82\xac
• Experience in solution implementation, knowledge in integration with ERP and/or 3rd party systems is a plus
• Creative problem-solving skills and ability to articulate technical details to outsourced vendors
• Able to communicate issues and status clearly to different levels of business stakeholders and users
• Possess active listening skills, professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive with strong accountability mindset, self driven individual
