Position Overview
The prospective candidate is detail-oriented and proactive as a member of the IT Asset Management Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of IT assets, ensuring accurate tracking, compliance, and optimization of resources. This role requires collaboration with various departments to maintain an efficient asset management process and support the organization's IT strategy.
Role & Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses.
• Track asset lifecycle from procurement to disposal, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with various departments and teams within the organization to manage asset acquisition and tracking.
• Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of IT assets to ensure data integrity.
• Assist in the development and implementation of asset management policies and procedures.
• Provide support for asset-related inquiries and issues from internal stakeholders.
• Generate reports and analytics on asset utilization, costs, and compliance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT asset management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Related experience in IT asset management or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in asset management tools and software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and asset management best practices is a plus.
