Assistant Legal Manager

Job Description




  • Prepare and review business contracts
  • Assist with negotiations whenever required
  • Liaise with HQ and provide justification to management
  • Support management with claims, disputes, litigations and arbitration
  • Provide support on company policies and corporate governance
  • Advise stakeholders on legal matters
  • Handle corporate secretarial matters such as AGM and board meetings
  • Liaise with external law firms
  • Any adhoc duties assigned

Requirements
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
  • Posses at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Law or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as a team player
