Job Description

You will work closely with the Manager to ensure optimisation of the malls’ tenancy design with a view to maintaining mall competitiveness. You will coordinate, review and monitor tenancy design with an eye to identify opportunities for design improvements, support asset enhancement initiatives, handle tenancy works, and handover and reinstatement of units. You will also monitor the fit-out process and conduct inspections to ensure compliance with approved design and schedule. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth handing over of units, fit-out and store opening. We are seeking passionate and creative individuals with an eye for design detail, ability to manage design discussion to achieve design objectives and with good people management skills to join us. Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Interior Design/Industrial Design with 3 years’ experience preferably in retail industry Knowledge of design materials is essential. Knowledge of M&E will be an added advantage Multi-tasker and team player who is able to handle pressure, work with minimal supervision and within tight deadlines Good working knowledge of AutoCAD, Google Sketch-up, hand sketching, Illustrator, Photoshop Familiar with and able to handle construction detailing on site Good interpersonal and written and spoken communication skills W
