Assists Creative Director and Design Manager as and when needed and to cover their duties in their absence.
Ability to facilitate and lead discussions/brainstorms among team members or stakeholders.
As a brand gatekeeper to ensure consistency of brand standard and guideline across various business units.
Responsible for review and quality control of all creative assets to ensure their validity and appropriateness for conveying brand messaging.
Question briefs where appropriate - providing extra value and pushing for the most effective solutions.
Meaningfully contribute to the ideation, conceptualisation and art direction of marketing, content and concepts, often in partnership with the Design Manager, Creative Director and copywriter with an emphasis on compelling ideas.
Able to develop video storyboards and photography moodboards.
Presenting visual designs, concepts and storyboards to internal teams and stakeholders.
Daily supervision and coaching of creative designers in terms of concept, visual development and aesthetics optimisation.
Manage workflow and ensure timely completion of projects of creative designers.
Adept at a variety of design projects, such as branding, print and digital advertising, company literature, social media, events, websites, merchandise etc.
Ability to prepare appropriate working files for digital/print/production.
Communicate with and coordinate across various stakeholders and other external production resources to ensure optimal delivery of thematic according to proposed designs.
Job RequirementsEducation & Certification
Diploma in Graphic Design/Visual Communications or related field preferred
Experience
Minimum 10 years of working experience in an advertising environment.
Other Prerequisites
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office on MAC platform.
Strong time management skills, ability to meet tight deadlines and successfully juggle multiple projects simul-taneously in an often-pressured environment.
Good knowledge in print production & color management skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
