About the Role

The role of the Assistant Manager is to support and assist the Location Head to provide oversight and management of critical Agency Distribution operations, administration and business processes to support the delivery of key results areas through the tied agency channel.

WHAT YOU\'LL BE DOING

• Process Improvement - Agency & Operational Process improvement
• Performance analytics and business reporting - Report generation & dissemination to key stakeholders and Agency force. Consolidation of reporting across all clusters ensuring correct and timely work processing and issuance of quality reports
• Location vendor / procurement management - Liaise with vendors and raising payment via Ariba/ MA
• Location Events Management
• Agency Leader Meetings coordination working with Cluster PIC
• Agency financial / credit control support.
• Agency Operational Support. Management of eshop and processing of GOL / TLC policy application submitted agency force.
• Agency photo management. Owner and management of the central photo depository
• Project Management - to support the various agency task force teams in delivering the project deliverables.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Diploma or Degree in Business or Insurance related fields
• Relevant working experience of 1 year or more is required
• Insurance industry work experience is advantageous, not mandatory
• Proficient in Excel
