Key Responsibilities

• Support NUHS Cluster Job Plan System to support all NUHS institutions e.g. NUHS, NUH, AH, JHC, NUCOH and NUP using ASP.Net C#, DevExpress and MS SQL
• Conducts Requirements Gathering sessions for annual planned users' enhancements
• Perform System and Database Design
• Perform Application Development and Application Deployment
• Document SIT Test cases and conduct internal System Integration Tests
• Document UAT Test cases and conduct User Acceptance Tests
• Provide Application Maintenance support
• Conduct Monthly Health Checks
• Perform Downtime Activities for Servers' Patching
• Perform Users Trainings
• Support Production Issues and Resolutions
• Must be Technically hands-on Developer who is experienced in ASP.Net C# and MS SQL Stored Procedures.
• Good to have past SAP Crystal Reports experience
• Plan, Raise and Perform Production Deployments subjected to IT manager's approval
• Provide production support and conduct user training sessions
• Provide system maintenance support after office hours including monthly system patches
• Document, respond and resolve users' production issues in a responsible and timely manner
• Assess and evaluate change requests from users and conduct meetings with users to review their requirements
• Provide weekly work progress updates to supervisor on project assignments and issue any delays or challenges or project risks
• Complete assigned tasks on time with respect to each individual project timeline
• Demonstrate initiative to complete assigned tasks with careful task planning skill including excellent time management
• Ability to multi-task in various projects including system maintenance support

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Computing/System Development with at least 5 years of work experience
• Good Communication Skills
• Microsoft .Net C# Programming, Soap/Web Service/XML Programming, Microsoft SQL Database administration, SQL Stored Procedures, Excellent SQL programming Skills
• Knowledge of ASP.NET Web Form is a must
