• Handle and oversee full spectrum of accounts payable
• Liaise with vendors and stakeholders on accounts payables, including providing appropriate and timely advice and solutions to resolve issues
• Liaise with internal and external auditors on Account payables and related matters
• Cashflow reporting and management including propose and putting up fund transfer and monitoring of cashflow movements
• Oversee the bank reconciliation and all the banking matters
• Ability to write and come up with recommendations on the management responses for the internal audit report on accounts payable
• Ensure month-end and year-end closing activities are completed within deadlines
• In-charge of ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Business, Accountancy or equivalent or Diploma with more than 10 years of working experience
• Possess 6 years or above of relevant working experience
• Knowledge of SAP accounting system will be an added advantage
• Proficient in computer knowledge particularly Microsoft Excel and Word, experience in Power BI is an advantage
• Have a growth mindset to innovate and advocate changes to the current processes and workflows
• Ability to communicate confidently and equip with strong writing skills
• Demonstrate good management skills and the ability to work well with others, individually and within a group
• Highly committed and driven to drive changes and pursue desired outcomes
• Meticulous, multi-tasker, self starter and ability to work and thrive under pressure
• Training will be provided for entry level candidate
